“Hajar, rather than consider Bipolar Mood Disorder is an illness, why not accept Bipolar Mood Disorder as a gift? Just like what you said, you are blessed with it.”
I accepted it as a gift.
God gives me the gift so that I can help other people as well.
Because He knows what I capable with.
Things that seem impossible can be I’m Possible.
And for those people who have mental health issue, try to look at new perspective of it even though it is hard to be positive right now. Because pain can be our greatest teacher in life.

Life is never meant to be a smooth journey. Each of us will always have experiences highs and lows that can spin us in completely different direction.
It is how we handle the lows that will make our lives more meaningful.
Like there is one quote says, “The most beautiful people we have known are those who have known defeat, known suffering, known struggle, known loss and have found their way out of those depths.”
Thank you so much for the precious time, stories, vulnerability, happiness and support. Genius group is one of the amazing circle of friends that I ever had so far in my life.
I’m having a lot of fun when having iftar (opening fast) with you guys yesterday.
